Accutane is a chemotherapy cancer drug along with acne drug?

by after accutane on November 9, 2011

Recently I was browsing the internet and came across some information on accutane that shocked and surprised me. I’m writing this based off the research that I found online and if you need to research further than do it.

During my research I discovered that accutane is actually chemotherapy. It’s a chemotherapy drug that is used to treat cancer as well as severe forms of acne. When I read this my jaw dropped because the side effects and negative effects of chemotherapy is obvious. Most people who go through chemotherapy will have their hair fall out, their skin will be effected and their nails will too. They look and feel different.

Now, after reading this though it did actually make sense because I have heard from many people that their skin dried out and several people have told me that their hair has fallen out or was starting to fall out while on the drug accutane. Now, accutane is the same thing as chemotherapy. Accutane is also known as Isotretinoin or 13-cis-Retinoic Acid. Why are there 3 names for the same drug? In my opinion it’s for confusion… if you hear 3 different names you never hear that it’s ultimately a “chemotherapy drug” used to treat cancer.

Why would someone who is selling something want you to know that it is extremely toxic, and has negative effects over your whole body and is strong enough to kill you if you take too much. I was absolutely disgusted and appalled when i learned that accutane is just a chemotherapy drug used for cancer and acne too. If you have acne do you really think that you need chemotherapy? Do you think that you need something that strong and harmful with that many side effects to your body?

I personally don’t think so, it’s offending to see companies create this products then sell them through manipulative advertising practices. After they sell them they forget about the customer and people like my mom who took them trusting her doctor now have to deal with health issues and my brother who was born with a birth defect years after it was “safe” to have children.

This drug contains so much BS and lies and deception that I don’t even know how they can honestly live with themselves.

They are selling poison, and packaging it as a cure.

All the while not telling you what it is… It’s chemotherapy for cancer (and acne?) really?

I’m done ranting and hope that if you are considering taking accutane for your acne that you try something natural first like the secret acne cleanse.

Have a great day, and please stay away from this drug. I have seen what it does firsthand.

David

P.S> You can get the secret acne cleanse for free, it’s a natural alternative to accutane that has no side effects and helps you clear up your acne without all the side effects.
